Overview

The Coordinator, Product Line Manager for HEYDUDE is responsible for maintaining accurate seasonal product line information and coordinating activities across a diverse set of functions. This role is highly collaborative and coordinates across multiple functions. You will apply effective communication & organizational skills to support the product creation process from end-to-end.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate achieving seasonal brand & category goals, handle special projects, lead all aspects of systems, track samples, maintain timelines, support presentations, and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Learn triad best-practices and product creation lifecycle, ensuring product intent, costing targets & timelines are being met.
  • Master consumer, competitor, and marketplace knowledge; develop summaries to stay informed and pinpoint new category possibilities & apply findings during significant accomplishments.
  • Sharpen analytical skills with historical & real-time performance data using an insight-to-action approach to support decision-making.
  • Support the team during milestone meetings with presentation prep, sample coordination, data pulls.
  • Support accurate product and line data in our system Centric to ensure timely material set up, accuracy and regular auditing.
  • Support go-to-market with product naming, product copy briefing & editing, and cross-functional communication on changes to product or timing.
  • Connect with cross-functional partners globally that have varying levels of English language proficiency.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 0-2 years product line management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and works collaboratively.
  • A passion for understanding consumer behavior, culture, market trends with a distinguished taste-level and ability to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Seeks to understand multiple points of view, maintain a learning mentality, and expresses viewpoints with confidence.
  • Want to improve analytical skills and a proactive approach to handling data.
  • Creative, out of the box thinking to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to travel.

Title: Coordinator, Product Line Manager 

Salary or Pay Range: $42,000 - $52,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
