Overview
As the Associate Retail Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Retail Operations in a variety of administrative and operational duties related to controlling SG&A expenses, communication to field, organizing field meetings, supporting field contests and communication to field.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and assist in planning of weekly/monthly Retail meetings and bi-annual store manager’s conference.
- Coordinate travel for Sr. team and assist with reconciling expenses.
- Assist with monitoring and follow up of weekly payroll expenses.
- Submit retail related contracts to legal department for review.
- Assist with regular communication, directives and initiatives to field team.
- Assist with coordination of training for new members of field team.
- Provides assistance and follow-up on policies, procedures, and projects to multiple districts and stores.
- Assist with meeting materials and agendas.
- Supply ordering for new and existing retail stores
- Assist with uniform orders for stores
- Monitor the Retail Ops inbox and respond to inquiries and requests from stores
- Assist with purchase orders and invoicing
- Ad hoc reporting requests
- Help maintain Retail Master Calendar
- Assist with promotion setup and testing
- Attend regular cross-functional meetings with Retail back office and field teams
What You'll Bring to the Table
- High School diploma required

- Associates degree preferred
- 2 plus years of retail management experience a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize, handle and meet deadlines
- Optimally manage time and operate with sense of urgency
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to optimally communicate and share information
