Overview
HEYDUDE is looking for its next go-to Associate Influencer Specialist to join the team and report to the Sr. Talent and Influencer Specialist, helping bring our Influencer Marketing Program to life.
Influencer marketing is one of our most powerful brand drivers. Finding the right creators and building authentic, culturally relevant storylines is core to how we connect with our consumer. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social, understands the digital landscape, and knows how influencers create entertaining, breakthrough moments that move the needle. This role offers hands-on exposure across the full marketing, digital, and influencer ecosystem — a true launchpad for someone ready to jump in, learn fast, and grow with the brand.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the administration and execution details to attain influencer content including managing PO creation, vendor setup, Facilitating
- Influencer and talent contracts with legal.
- Owning and maintaining talent, social, influencer, seeding budget.
- Own weekly budget meeting with team.
- Assist in agency relationship management.
- Assist in managing micro influencer campaigns.
- Assist in managing seeding initiatives.
- Assist in the proofing of the creative concepts and results.
- Assist in supervising and publishing influencer performance metrics.
- Act as a liaison with agency partners and talent.
- Assist in writing influencer briefs that drive creative output.
- Support social listening, maintaining a deep understanding on the latest trends, consumer insights, capabilities, and algorithm shifts across social platforms and influencers.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Team on content brainstorms, assisting in the ideation and execution processes, including copywriting, scheduling influencer support posts, and content creation.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Expert in Microsoft office (PPT, Excel, Word) and Canva.
- Influencer and NIL experience preferred.
- Understanding of and fluency across key social platforms.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Naturally curious, idea generator, and avid user of social media platforms. Eagerness to explore and test emerging trends.
- Thrives in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment both collaboratively and autonomously.

Title: Associate Influencer Specialist
Salary or Pay Range: $61,000 - $71,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
