This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-volume, automated distribution center that is dedicated to delivering flawless service and maintaining strict accuracy standards.

 

Shift is to be determined.

 

Shift Information:
  • 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 pm - 4:30 am
  • Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm

 

Shift assignment may be subject to change based on business needs and with advanced notice

What You'll Do

  • Effectively coordinate with other supervisors to meet daily efficiency and service goals for the distribution center.
  • Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure inventory integrity as it is received and moves within the facility.
  • Manage staff to meet efficiency, cost goals, and service standards.
  • Monitor safety and accident/incident reports to decrease lost time and ensure performance standard methodologies.
  • Supervise distribution center operations in a union-free environment, maintaining direct, productive, and positive relationships between management and non-exempt associates.
  • Maintain open communication by setting clear objectives and providing timely and effective feedback to team members and other key collaborators.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in a warehouse environment or a related area.
  • Prior experience within a Distribution Center environment.
  • Prior experience with transportation or logistics.
  • Proven responsibility with hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Familiarity with a variety of warehouse concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills.
  • Great teammate with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong distribution background in a high-volume, high-growth environment required.
