Overview

Join our dynamic team at the Crocs Ohio Distribution Center (OHDC) as an Operations Supervisor! You'll collaborate with other shift supervisors to ensure smooth and successful operations in our high-volume, automated distribution center, using our Leadership  Framework and Guiding Principals to create an inclusive open environment for all associates.  

 

This position will support our 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday, 6:00pm - 4:30am, however, shift assignment may be subject to change based on business need and upon advanced notice.  

 

This position will be posted internal for 10 days (4/18/2025 - 4/28/2025) for internal candidates.  

What You'll Do

  • Lead by collaborative and inclusive decision-making that values diverse perspectives, collaborating with other supervisors within the facility to meet daily productivity and service goals for the distribution center

  • Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure inventory integrity as it is received and moves within the facility
  • Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals and service standards, demonstrating integrity and exemplifying accountability, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities while holding yourself and others accountable to the results
  • Embrace simplicity in operational processes, striving for efficiency and effectiveness by minimizing unnecessary complexity for your team. 
  • Supervise distribution center operations in a union free environment by leading with urgency and emphasizing to your time the importance of timely execution to meet goals and objectives 
  • Maintaining open communication by setting clear objectives and fostering an environment where ideas are openly and respectfully discussed and challenged, but once a decision is reached, commit wholeheartedly to its implementation
  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of your team by maintaining a comfortable, safe, and secure work environment.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in a warehouse environment or in a related area
  • Prior experience within a Distribution Center environment
  • Prior experience with transportation or logistics
  • Responsibility with hiring, training and disciplinary actions
  • Familiar with a variety of warehouse concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills
  • Team player and work well with others
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong distribution background in a high volume, high growth environment required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
