Overview

Join our dynamic team at the Crocs Ohio Distribution Center (OHDC) as an Operations Supervisor! You'll collaborate with other shift supervisors to ensure smooth and successful operations in our high-volume, automated distribution center, using our Leadership Framework and Guiding Principles to create an inclusive open environment for all associates.  

 

This role is targeted for our 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm; however, it is important to note that shift assignment may be subject to change based on business need upon advanced notice.

 

This position will be open to internal applicants for 10 days (2/27/2025 - 3/9/2025). 

What You'll Do

  • Embrace simplicity in operational processes, striving for efficiency and effectiveness by minimizing unnecessary complexity for your team.
  • Supervise distribution center operations in a union free environment by leading with urgency and emphasizing to your team the importance of timely execution to meet goals and objectives.
  • Maintaining open communication by setting clear objectives and fostering an environment where ideas are openly and respectfully discussed and challenged, but once a decision is reached, commit wholeheartedly to its implementation.
  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of your team by maintaining a comfortable, safe, and secure work environment.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven exceptional leadership experience in a high-volume Distribution Center environment or a related area.
  • Responsibility for hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Familiarity with a variety of warehouse concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficient in navigating technology systems, equipment, and computer programs to meet communication and business needs.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and courteously through various means with diverse audiences.
