Reporting to the Distribution and Logistics Senior Finance Manager, The Sr. Financial Analyst, Global FP&A, provides financial planning, reporting and analysis for the management team at Crocs. This individual will support a spectrum of business activities from high-level consolidated financial overviews for monthly and quarterly reporting to detailed variance analyses.
What You'll Do
- Prepare monthly journal entries & provide month end variance analysis to forecast and budget.
- Prepare monthly reporting and analysis of Americas Distribution performance for Management review.
- Partner with Operations to analyze monthly results in comparison to budget, forecasts, and prior year.
- Drive Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecasts for Americas Distribution network.
- Develop thorough technical and commercial business knowledge of the Americas Distribution network.
- Establish strong, collaborative working relationships; maintain on-going and consistent communications with key stakeholders.
- Build detailed financial models used for planning of Distribution Center (DC) expenses to provide accurate reporting and insights to leadership.
- Provide process improvement recommendations on modeling and analysis of distribution costs.
- Evaluate and manage approval of Capital Expenditures and perform capex project profitability analyses.
- Manage process for allocation of expenses from Supply Chain to Regional P&L.
- Generate materials for senior leadership and the board of directors.
- Generate/create ad-hoc reports and analyses.
- Potential for domestic travel up to 20%.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Accounting, MBA a plus
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to meet high-pressure deadlines when necessary
- Desire to improve processes & procedures
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude & stay motivated through busy work periods
- Strong technical abilities demonstrating robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel analysis skills
- Prior experience with SAP, SAP BPC, and Microsoft Power BI
- Working knowledge of GAAP and experience with month end close & creating journal entries
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial analysis and projections
- Coachable and independent
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough knowledge and experience in Excel
- Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
- Positive team player
- Demonstrates consistent organizational skills

Salary or Pay Range: $100,000-$110,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
