Overview

The Sr. Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing and delivering Supply Chain reporting on various platforms that supports business objectives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The candidate is a key liaison between DC management/personnel and technical teams to analyze and evaluate reporting requirements to meet business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Work with Supply Chain departments (ex. Finance, LM, Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Inventory Control, etc.) to understand their data requirements and provide required reporting.
  • Communicate across shifts regarding new reports and report modifications.
  • Monitor report jobs to ensure they are running properly.
  • Organize vast amounts of data in user-friendly formats to help consumers make more informed decisions.
  • Ensure new users are set up with proper access to the reports they need.
  • Develop SCI reporting using Cognos, Excel, Retina, and PowerBI (other tools as added).
  • Serve as SCI business super user in configuration, troubleshooting, future development, and enhancements.
  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required.
  • Performs all functions in accordance with IT and Crocs business practices and procedures.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of intellectual instruction and work experience.
  • Experience developing and publishing reports using reporting tools as well as Excel.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to navigate multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Punctual, accountable, and professional.
  • Strong communication skill set; be able to manage, influence, communicate at various levels, and deliver presentations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
