Overview
Our Equipment Operator 2’s (EO2) generally work in our Induct department utilizing Order Selectors to pull and replenish product from reserves.

This position supports our 2nd shift operations, Monday - Thursday, 6:00pm - 4:30am.
Our base pay of $19.00 per hour is just the beginning of the outstanding benefits we offer ALL our associates. Full time associates are eligible for:

What You'll Do
Our Distribution Center is the heart of what we do at Crocs. You'll be responsible for ensuring that product gets into the hands of the most important group in our supply chain: our customers.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- At least six months experience operating an Order Selector/Cherry Picker
- Strong attendance record, work ethic, and safety record
- Flexibility to be cross-trained and work in different departments
- Able to lift to 60lbs regularly
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crawl
