Overview

The Vice President, Global Supply Chain Strategy will be responsible for shaping and executing the long-term strategy of the company’s global supply chain. This executive will serve as the strategic architect of an end-to-end operating model that supports growth across wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.

 

This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in supply chain design, network optimization, and digital transformation, combined with the ability to influence across design, merchandising, operations, IT, and commercial teams. 

What You'll Do

Strategic Planning & Transformation

  • Implement the global supply chain vision and roadmap in partnership with the Supply Chain Leadership Team
  • Lead long-range capacity planning, footprint optimization, and “make vs. buy” strategies to balance cost, speed, and risk 
  • Drive supply chain initiatives to continuously improve customer experience and lower cost to serve

Network & Fulfillment Optimization

  • Lead strategic modeling and optimization of our Crocs Inc global supply chain footprint, including distribution, transportation, sourcing, customer operations, and inventory analysis
  • Drive strategy, 3PL performance standards, and logistics innovation in support of Crocs Inc growth and customer experience goals 
  • Create a resilient, diversified network that balances agility, cost, and scalability.

Data Analytics

  • Champion advanced analytics adoption to enable a data-driven continuous improvement culture 
  •  Lead implementation of AI and digital twin technologies for supply chain
  • Partner with IT and data science teams to build scalable digital solutions

Leadership & Influence

  • Lead a Center of Excellence for Supply Chain Strategy 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Design, Finance, and Operations
  • Build and mentor a high-performing strategy team; develop future supply chain leaders

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, sourcing, or strategy roles, preferably in footwear, apparel, or consumer products.
  • Proven success in global sourcing/manufacturing strategy, and supply chain network design.
  • Deep understanding of retail, wholesale, and DTC fulfillment models.
  • Track record of delivering transformational cost savings and service improvements.
  • Experience leveraging advanced analytics/AI.
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to manage cost-to-serve, working capital, and long term investments.
  • Inspirational leader with ability to influence C-suite executives and cross-functional partners. 
  • MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Title: VP, Global Supply Chain Strategy  

Salary or Pay Range: 252,000 - 300,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Explorer persona.
