Overview
The Sr. Payroll Analyst of Japan/Korea for Crocs, Inc. is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations for the assigned countries and providing strategic support to the HR Business Partners. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local labor laws, and the delivery of insightful payroll-related analytics to support business decisions.
What You'll Do

Payroll Operations:

Create and submit monthly payroll data to vendors, meeting deadlines.

Generate payroll movement reports for review by Payroll Lead and Regional Finance.

Social Insurance:

Manage processes related to social insurance, including documentation and employee support.

Query Management:

Resolve employee queries related to payroll and timecard management in collaboration with business teams and vendors.

Reporting:

Prepare monthly payroll journal reports for Finance.

HR Support:

Assist with onboarding and offboarding, particularly regarding employee benefits.

Provide data for government surveys and compliance reporting.

Benefits Administration:

Manage Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.

Create official documents (e.g., maternity leave) for employees.

Compensation & Tax Support:

Calculate severance packages and handle Japan 36 Agreement Notifications for overtime and holiday work.

Conduct end-of-year tax adjustments and provide operational support for audits.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in Business, Human Resources, or related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Background knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC skills.
- Strong work ethic and a collaborative team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full proficiency in English, Japanese and/or Korean to effectively communicate with international co-workers, partners, and vendors.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social insurance systems and labor laws/issues.
