Overview
We are looking to hire a Sr. Digital Analyst! The APAC Digital Senior Analyst is responsible for strengthening the data capability within APAC Digital (especially for .com channel) and support Japan-specific data analytics projects. This role reports directly to the APAC Digital Analytics, Senior Manager in China.
What You'll Do
Support APAC regional projects/requests:
- Improve fundamental reporting and dashboards for APAC team to better monitor business performance, and enable them to act and react quickly to the opportunities and risks.
- Provide insights to inform business decisions by conducting ad-hoc analysis for JP/ KR/AU/SG, including web/customer/marketing analytics.
- Provide training/daily guidance on analytics tools and reports for JP/KR/AU/SG team
- etc.
Support Japan-specific projects/requests:
- Conduct business deep dive and ad-hoc analysis for JP Digital as needed.
- Work closely with JP Digital team to explore existing reports, gather new reporting requests and improve Japan local reporting.
- Support global Marketplace data project to bring Japan MP data into EDW.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Minimum Education:
- University bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Analytics or related
Minimum Experience:
- 4+ years of proven experience of digital analytics in eCommerce retailers, with hands on experience in web analytics and SQL coding.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience with report development, automation with Power BI and manipulation of large data sets
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, Adobe Analytics is required.
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Python is a strong plus
- Service minded and flexible. High attention to detail and natural curiosity
- Language: Business English
