Overview
Reporting to the Director – HRBP in Singapore, the People Solutions Manager acts as a strategic HR partner, driving business results through employee relations, organizational development, and enterprise-wide initiatives. This role balances strategy with hands-on execution to enhance the employee experience and support business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proactive, energetic leader who inspires teams and drives change.
What You'll Do

Partner with People Managers to align people strategies with business goals.

Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.

Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure legal HR compliance.

Coach managers on team dynamics, performance, and employee relations.

Lead talent initiatives such as succession planning and leadership development.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and program development.

Support employees throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

Serve as a first point of contact for HR inquiries.

Identify training needs and collaborate with COEs on development programs.
What You'll Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in HR or HR Business Partnering, preferably in a multinational setting.

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coaching skills.

Ability to manage sensitive HR issues with confidentiality.

Agile mindset with a balance of strategy and execution.

Proven success in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Collaborative and committed to continuous improvement.
