Overview

The Manager of Integrated Marketing, Japan at Crocs, Inc. leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive brand engagement and business growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Japan, the role partners with local Merchandising and Commercial teams, the International Marketing Hub, and global stakeholders to deliver culturally relevant campaigns. The role also oversees a high-performing team to execute across retail, wholesale, and digital channels.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute Japan’s integrated marketing and GTM plans aligned with global and local priorities.

  • Collaborate with local and global teams to adapt strategies for the Japan market.

  • Identify local brand partnerships and consumer opportunities to drive cultural relevance.

  • Manage creative needs across all channels using internal and external resources.

  • Lead integrated campaigns including activations, influencer marketing, and PR.

  • Guide and mentor the Japan Integrated Marketing team to drive collaboration and performance.

  • Oversee the local marketing budget and optimize ROI.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience in integrated marketing, GTM strategy, or brand communications, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG.

  • Proven ability to adapt global strategies to local markets and lead GTM plans.

  • Strong background in digital brand campaigns and consumer insights.

  • Understanding of omni-channel environments (retail, wholesale, digital commerce).

  • Skilled in agency management, budgeting, and KPI tracking.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

  • Fluent in Japanese and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
