Overview

The Role Sr. QA Engineer for Crocs, Inc., Crocs is responsible for

Ensure all T1 factory and sub- con follow Crocs quality standard, process and policy.

Responsible for solving quality, other related problems with high efficiency.

Continuous working with factory to build up strong quality system and quality ownership mindset

What You'll Do

  1. Drive cross-functional collaboration between factory and Crocs teams to resolve quality issues across sample development and production trials; spearhead DMF/A activities (kick-off, SMS, tear-down, PT meetings) and seasonal new-style quality risk assessments to prevent quality issues in early stages; design and improve quality control systems to coordinate workflows, optimize tool/service distribution, and uphold product quality standards.
  2. Manage the establishment and execution of product quality standards, timely reviews of QA sampling plans, and deployment of QA tools to ensure consistent product quality; oversee first-batch quality evaluations for new styles on day-one production, production line audits for SOP compliance, and final FG inspections in accordance with AQL standards; lead end-to-end handling of customer complaints/returns, including failure analysis, FA report preparation, and verification of corrective/preventive actions for effective case closure.
  3. Communicate quality-related updates, testing results, and performance feedback between internal teams, factories, and suppliers; align all stakeholders on quality protocols, expectations, and mitigation plans to ensure collective accountability for quality goals.
  4. Maintain oversight of material and finished goods testing matrix implementation in factory labs; ensure proper management of B/C grade products through consistent segregation and disposition practices to uphold overall product quality integrity.
  5. Track supplier quality performance against Crocs’ requirements; conduct regular performance assessments to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality compliance.
