Overview

The Sr Product Execution Engineer leads new style development and oversees production execution through shipment at the assigned factory in Phu Tho, North Vietnam.

The role includes new product introductions, production transfers for existing styles, commercialization, and production compliance for a monthly volume of 1 million pairs.

What You'll Do

  • NPI (New Product Introduction). The PE Sr Engineer works closely with product teams in USA and Italy to develop new styles until their final confirmation stage.During this phase, he includes manufacturability and costing constraints in a spirit of design for manufacturing, including work floor return from experience.
  • Commercialization and Production Trial. The PE Sr Engineer drives and maintains Crocs’ established practices for full-size validation and factory production trial runs.
  • Daily Production Review. The PE Sr Engineer reviews assembly lines daily and audits them quarterly to ensure approved SOPs are followed and to gather feedback from production leaders on productivity, manufacturability, and quality.
  • Capacity & Planning. The PE Sr Engineer support Crocs planning and capacity teams escalating any roadblocks impacting on-time shipment.
  • Lean activities. The PE Sr Engineer is accountable for the monthly release of Lean metrics and implementation of continuous improvement and cost saving projects.
  • Cross-Functional Facilitator. The PE Manager represents partners with cross-functional teams to meet KPI targets across Quality, Costing, Materials, Compound, Tooling, Planning, Social Compliance, and Sustainability.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Demonstrates strong integrity in relationships with colleagues and factory partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in footwear development or production management.
  • Solid understanding of factory environments and processes, including injection, stitching, and assembly.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to resolve production issues and drive effective corrective actions.
