Overview
As a Product Execution Engineer for Crocs, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end process of new product introductions (NPI). Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Product Execution, you will collaborate closely with overseas Crocs teams and cross-functional departments—including Materials, Costing, Tooling, Quality, and Planning—to ensure product integrity and timely delivery. You will also oversee production operations at assigned manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with company goals for quality, delivery, and cost.
What You'll Do
- Lead the execution of new product introductions at factories in Binh Phuoc and Binh Duong provinces in south Vietnam, from development and commercialization through to mass production.
- Guide factory teams in the application of Crocs product validation tools through coaching, training, and audits.
- Serve as a key communication link between factory partners and internal Crocs stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on progress and standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity in all interactions with factory partners, both in business conduct and product quality.
- Monitor and manage production-related activities, including new site setup, certification processes, product transfers, continuous improvement and duplication efforts.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Minimum 7 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, preferably within a factory environment.
- Proficiency in English (minimum level 4); Vietnamese, Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
