Overview

The Product Operations Specialist for Crocs Vietnam, within the Product Execution team, is responsible for document standardization, cross-system product data governance, and SMS sample schedule coordination. This role partners closely with internal cross-functional teams and factory partners to ensure product documentation, data accuracy, ECO processes, and sample deliverables are completed accurately and on time. The role reports directly to the Product Execution Manager, Document Management.

What You'll Do

  • Standardize product documentation by reviewing base product descriptions, processes, and related documents for accuracy and completeness, then processing and uploading approved documents in Centric.
  • Provide end-to-end support to internal users and factories on Change Request workflows, ECO routing, ECO creation in Centric, and internal ECO release procedures.
  • Govern product data across SAP Material Master Report, ACD reports, Centric, and related master files to ensure style, packaging, material list, and colorway transfer information is accurate for production.
  • Distribute Ver3/Ver4 hangtag material lists and colorway transfer master files to factories, follow up on questions, and resolve data or documentation exceptions in a timely manner.
  • Monitor key SMS sample calendar milestones, collect regional demand inputs, share forecasts with factories, and coordinate with internal teams and factory partners to resolve sample shipment exceptions and remove bottlenecks.
  • Deliver training and operational support to factories on document management, ECO processes, Centric system uploads, and support ad-hoc special projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • College degree or above, preferably in business, supply chain, product operations, documentation management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Relevant work experience in product execution, document management, product data governance, supply chain operations, factory coordination, or a related function is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, including document reformatting, approved templates, automatic numbering, table of contents, and table conversion.
  • Experience with Centric, SAP Material Master, ACD reports, Power BI, or AI tools is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams, factory partners, and stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, patient, and able to apply sound judgment and strong decision-making skills in daily operations.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support regional collaboration with stakeholders in Vietnam, Asia, Mexico, Italy, and other relevant locations as needed.
