Overview

Crocs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Execution to lead our sourcing operations across Vietnam and Indonesia. This role oversees a team of five and is responsible for ensuring manufacturing excellence, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness across our partner factories, which produced a combined total of 80 million pairs in 2024.

The Director will play a critical role in driving product development, optimizing costs, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with global teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manufacturing Excellence:
    Ensure all factories in Vietnam and Indonesia meet Crocs’ standards for quality, efficiency, and compliance, aligned with global best practices.
  • Product Development:
    Oversee the execution of four seasonal product development cycles annually, working closely with factory partners and Crocs’ Product Design teams in the U.S.
  • Cost Efficiency & Optimization:
    Accountable for meeting cost targets for all new product developments. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the production and development process.
  • Factory Management:
    Lead audits of Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, identify new sourcing opportunities, and ensure continuous improvement across the supply base in both countries.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with internal teams including Quality, Costing, Planning, Logistics, Materials, and Sustainability to deliver seamless execution and shared success.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    Proven experience leading teams and solving complex problems through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Industry Expertise:
    Minimum 10 years of experience in footwear development and production, with a deep understanding of sourcing and manufacturing processes.
  • Lean & Continuous Improvement:
    Strong knowledge of Lean principles with a track record of identifying and implementing process optimizations and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Sustainability Mindset:
    Demonstrated sensitivity to sustainability issues and ability to align environmental goals with operational efficiency.
  • Communication & Language Skills:
    Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Vietnamese and/or Indonesian and Chinese is a plus.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI. Ability to build dashboards and use data to drive strategic decisions.
