  • Responsible for innovating and developing offerings/solutions for key SuccessFactors talent modules like compensation, succession & development, performance & goal management, and learning management system.
  • Solve complex issues by identifying or developing innovative solutions.
  • Anticipate potential issues or problems within SuccessFactors modules to influence effective outcomes.
  • Responsible for regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of SuccessFactors platform.
  • Accountable for data integrity and accuracy in talent suite modules, including monitoring and resolving sync rule issues and data load requests.
  • Serve as an expert in SuccessFactors modules.
  • Partner with leadership on strategy to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Partner with Sr. Director to define roadmap with features focused on value and break fixes specific to features/epics and user stories, that articulate how we drive incremental value over time.
  • Collaborate with team to create roadmaps and develop creative solutions, thinking beyond designated module expertise with ability to make joint commitments on deliverables.
  • Continuously partner with vendor(s) to successfully deliver Crocs talent suite roadmap.
  • Proactively manage shifts and changes necessary to meet commitments, make recommendations to leadership, advise others, and partner when additional guidance is needed.
  • Support global teams with various operational requests.
  • Through direct interaction with stakeholders and internal business partners, drive IT alignment with the goals and business needs of HRIS.
  • Provide guidance on HR business processes, from process design to execution.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant HR and data protection regulations, implementing, and maintaining access controls and security protocols.
  • Partner in the evolution of processes and procedures to continuously improve organizational effectiveness.

Hybrid work-from-home permitted 3 days per week.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus 8 years of experience in the position offered, SuccessFactors, or any related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

 

Must have experience with the following:

  • Proficiency in using SuccessFactors Compensation tools and functionalities, including setting up compensation plans, defining eligibility rules, configuring compensation components, and managing compensation cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing strategies to ensure successful product delivery in one or many modules.
  • Defining corresponding roadmaps with SuccessFactors Features focused on value and break SF modules specifics to Features and Epics and User Stories that articulate how to drive incremental value over time.
  • Providing guidance on HR business processes, from process design to execution.
  • Demonstrated experience with data integrity and accuracy in talent suite modules, including monitoring and resolving sync rule issues and data load requests.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant HR and data protection regulations, implementing, and maintaining access controls and security protocols.

Salary: $161,886 - $172,000 per year
