Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Key Account Manager. Your mission includes leading the sell-thru of our products and growing market share across all HEYDUDE product categories. This unique opportunity allows you to work with a dedicated team, aspiring to deliver outstanding results and achieve flawless execution in the competitive footwear market.

 

What You'll Do

  • Optimize product sales by achieving or exceeding sales goals with assigned account base.
  • Improve performance in your assigned territories by analyzing business data
  • Accountable for pre-book and at-once sales.
  • Handle gross to net revenues.
  • Achieve seasonal sales initiatives and category goals.
  • Lead sell-in and sell-through for assigned accounts in collaboration with marketing and retail activation.
  • Run end-to-end account operations, including order acquisition, delivery, profitability, credit claims, customer compliance issues, returns, and more.
  • Produce and deliver accurate and quarterly forecasts on schedule.
  • Develop strategic sales plans based on specific account insights and goals to meet sales and profitability targets.
  • Conduct monthly and seasonal business reviews with partners and customers.
  • Prepare, plan, and deliver sales line presentations aligned with Crocs' seasonal merchandising, sales, and marketing initiatives.
  • Actively participate in account meetings, including pre-lines, business reviews, and sales meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between operations and account operations.
  • Connect with cross-functional business units, including sales management, customer service, demand planning, finance, merchandising, and business development.
  • Share processes and expertise with the sales organization.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
    • 7+ years of industry sales experience required. 
    • 3+ years of key account experience required, footwear experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of US retail and wholesale footwear landscape and consumer insights preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong inventory planning, negotiation, operational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to carry and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Frequent travel 50%+, overnights, nights, and weekend work may be required.
  • Passion and tenacity for solving problems through creativity, collaboration, and resourcefulness.
  • Comfortable dealing with uncertainty by crafting structure and prioritizing effectively.
  • Emphasizing the achievement of objectives while considering both long-term goals and short-term results.
  • Maintains a high level of personal accountability and integrity.
  • Upbeat, highly motivated, flexible self-starter who can work well under pressure.

Title: Sr. Key Account Manager 

Salary or Pay Range: $135,000 - $145,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
