Overview
As the Sr. Director of Corporate Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the strategic direction of our company against a long-term framework. We are seeking the profile of a candidate with an “athlete mindset”— comfortable with change, possesses an innate desire for movement, quick on their feet, and someone who brings the highest-level of thinking and solutions to propel our strategies forward. In this role, you will work closely with Senior Leadership and will be responsible for driving and implementing high-impact projects to deliver total shareholder returns. This is a highly cross-functional position that requires someone who is a self-starter, team player, carries an inclusive mindset and a “can do” attitude, and demonstrates the ability to drive consistent results the yield global, Enterprise-wide impact.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Provide guidance and complete projects and initiatives assigned by the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Vice President (SVP) of Corporate Strategy.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in partnership with senior leadership to establish & develop high-impact frameworks.
- Results oriented; Ability to drive the team toward results by using a robust, fact-based and hypothesis-driven approach, and generating metrics to measure a team’s impact and holds the team accountable.
- Define and disseminate project success criteria to all involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
- Proactively lead changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise mitigation and contingency plans.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and partners in a timely and clear fashion.
- Drive special initiatives or ad hoc competitive research, including preparing materials for and addressing internal and external partners.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and standard methodologies in project management, bringing innovative ideas to improve Crocs Inc.’s strategic capabilities.
- Serve as a liaison with project collaborators, ensuring continuous communication and alignment.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Project Management team on key cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Minimum 12+ years in a corporate strategy or consultant role, with consumer-led or multi-brand proven experience preferred.
- 4+ years of management experience, with strong leadership and team-building skills to ignite and empower cross-functional teams.
- Master’s in business administration or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- Background in corporate development is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex strategic programs and initiatives from inception to completion.
- Ability to manage at all levels, coordinating with numerous departments across Crocs with comfort, confidence, and proven success in leading change.
- Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills, showcasing the capability to anticipate hurdles, formulate practical solutions, and synthesize disparate sets of quantitative/qualitative data to drive innovative solutions.
- Collaborative Experience: Experience working with executives and presenting to top-level management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills required. Must be able to prioritize, drive, and complete multiple projects on time.
- Experience working in a global environment, with geographic flexibility, and multilingual experience preferred.

Salary or Pay Range: $205,000-$220,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
