Logistics Analyst

Overview

As our Logistics Analyst, you’ll support various areas of the Distribution & Logistics (D&L) team by gathering, organizing, and maintaining key data to help our analysts make smarter, faster decisions. Your work will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Leadership and Management

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Evaluate and signal performance trends of suppliers.

Operational Excellence

• Analyze and validate product registration requests in the ERP system.
• Execute product registrations in the ERP.
• Update the E-commerce Delivery Tracking Report.
• Manage purchases of materials and supplies for the Distribution Center (DC) and maintain communication with suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders and process supplier invoice payments via ERP.
• Provide operational assistance across departmental demands and act as backup during team absences or vacations.
• Identify and address pending deliveries and operational inconsistencies.
• Support logistical operations specific to the DC.
• Actively seek opportunities for process improvements and operational optimization.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics and related fields
• Minimum 2 years in Logistics operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
• Knowledge in Office package, ERP'S
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 25% of the time
