Overview
The Logistic Specialist at Crocs is responsible for analyzing online sales orders received through the ERP system, continuously monitoring inventory levels in relation to daily sales performance. Tracks deliveries and returns with transportation providers, ensuring the efficiency of the logistics flow. Also oversees the automatic invoicing process, sales invoice issuance, and order dispatch, ensuring compliance with established SLAs.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment by ensuring inventory availability, accurate order processing, invoicing, and on-time shipment execution.
- Manage order lifecycle activities, proactively identifying and resolving inventory, system, and data discrepancies that may impact customer experience and business performance.
- Track key operational and commercial metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve fulfillment efficiency, delivery performance, and sales results.
- Maintain data accuracy and operational continuity by monitoring ERP processes, resolving system-related issues, and ensuring compliance with established service levels.
- Communicate and collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Marketplace partners, carriers, IT teams, and external vendors to support seamless order execution and issue resolution.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, automation opportunities, system enhancements, and participation in testing and implementation of new solutions.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, or customer order management.
- Background knowledge in ERP systems, order management processes, inventory control, and marketplace operations.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, logistics workflows, sales invoicing, and customer service operations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and leverage data to support business decisions.
