Overview
The Franchise Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and smooth flow of administrative and commercial operations, managing processes, supporting business areas, and monitoring operational activities to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery.

- Order structuring
- Order entry in systems
- Order tracking
- Billing tracking
- Delivery follow-up
- Return follow-up
- Discrepancy resolution
- Grade B
- EOL (End-of-Life)
- Operational customer service (SAC)
- Functional management of back office (Retail Analyst & CSR)
- Operational support to the District Manager
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS in business administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Operations
- Strong understanding of Excell
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize, manage and meet deadlines.
- Effectively manage time and operate with sense of urgency.
- Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
- Copes effectively with complexity and change.

Salary or Pay Range: $82580,00 - $82680,00
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
