Overview
The Sr Manager of Distribution & Logistics for Crocs SEA (South-East Asia) is responsible for overseeing and developing logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution. This role reports to the Senior Director, Distribution & Logistics APAC and is part of the APAC Distribution & Logistics team based in Singapore.
What You'll Do
- Lead SEA B2B and Ecommerce operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution
- Manage 3PL relationships based on performance metrics
- Ensure operational compliance with regional trade regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement the SEA distribution footprint to meet business requirements
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to drive Regional Process Governance and Simplification with clear results in process improvement
- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives across Distribution and Logistics functions
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance warehousing and delivery efficiency and cost savings
- Drive budgeting and cost control efforts for distribution and logistics operations in SEA and across APAC
- Successfully Lead Regional Projects and Initiatives to support growth and drive improvements across APAC
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in logistics or distribution management
- Strong expertise of SEA distribution and logistics landscape, including B2B, Ecommerce, and trade compliance
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners successfully
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with Regional Process Governance experience in establishing clear processes with results
- Demonstrated success in driving operational optimization, continuous improvements and lean thinking via Project Management methodologies (AGILE / LEAN / Six-Sigma etc..)
- Proficiency in SAP, logistics systems, and data analysis tools like MS Excel and PowerBI
- Fluency in English required. Additional SEA languages a plus
