Overview

The Sr. FP&A Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Crocs APAC leadership team with forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to drive strategic and tactical decisions. This role focuses on financial planning, data analytics, and process improvements.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting, Reporting & Analysis:

    • Lead Asia financial reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).

    • Improve FP&A data models and templates for faster insights.

    • Coordinate regional financial planning and reporting.

    • Partner with stakeholders to develop forecasts and analyze results.

    • Monitor P&L drivers and their impact on financials.

  • Commercial & strategic:

    • Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.

    • Collaborate with regional/global finance teams to share best practices.

  • Governance & Compliance:

    • Ensure financial controls and compliance with Crocs policies.

    • Maintain internal control systems and enforce measurement standards.

Key Deliverables (KPIs)

  • Timely and accurate financial reports and forecasts

  • Long-range and annual financial plans

  • Ad hoc analysis for regional and corporate leadership

What You'll Bring to the Table

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics (MBA/CPA a plus)

  • Experience: Strong FP&A background, preferably in retail/FMCG

  • Skills:

    • Advanced Excel and data modeling

    • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query/Pivot, SQL

    • Knowledge of systems like OneStream, SAP BPC, HFM

  • Interpersonal: Strong communicator and collaborator in a matrixed environment

  • Travel: Low
