Overview
The Role Title of Sr. Director of APAC Marketing for Crocs is responsible for building and accelerating the Crocs brand across the Asia-Pacific region, including Korea, Japan, SEA, and India. Reporting to global marketing leadership and collaborating closely with commercial partners, this leader will define and execute region-specific marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, consumer acquisition, and cultural relevance. They will lead a high-performing team of regional marketers to ensure Crocs shows up with cultural authority and brand consistency across all APAC markets.
What You'll Do

Drive region-specific marketing strategies across integrated media, influencer networks, social channels, creative, retail activations, and PR to accelerate brand growth.

Manage and scale a high-performing team of regional marketers, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in the Crocs Leadership Blueprint.

Communicate and advocate for the unique voice, cultural nuances, and behaviors of the APAC consumer within the global organization.

Maintain deep alignment with global brand and commercial leadership to ensure local initiatives complement the overarching global brand narrative.

Track, analyze, and report on regional campaign performance, consumer acquisition metrics, and brand awareness to optimize marketing ROI.

Innovate local marketing activations by leveraging regional trends, ensuring the brand connects authentically with local culture and market dynamics.
What You'll Bring to the Table

BS or BA in business, marketing, communications, or related field – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.

Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in regional marketing leadership, preferably within retail, fashion, or consumer goods across Asia-Pacific.

Background knowledge in managing complex, multi-market regions including Korea, Japan, SEA, and India.

Strong understanding of integrated marketing, localized digital media landscapes, social platforms, and cultural trends unique to the APAC region.

Highly collaborative leadership style with a proven track record of managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Demonstrated ability to blend global brand guidelines with local cultural insights to drive commercial growth and brand authority.

Ability to travel internationally and navigate complex, fast-paced matrix environments with agility and strategic thinking.

Salary or Pay Range: $241,000.00 - $313,000.00
Pay is dependent on experience and geographic area.
