- Manage monthly Middle Out Planning by consolidating forecasts, identifying gaps and opportunities, and aligning regional recommendations.
- Analyze demand trends, sell-through, forecast accuracy, inventory, revenue, margin, and open-to-buy views to support planning decisions.
- Develop regional benchmarks, scenarios, and recommendations to help countries make consistent, fact-based decisions.
- Partner with Merchandising, Finance, Supply Planning, and country teams on assortment, inventory, shortages, excess stock, and deployment actions.
- Provide pre-season analysis across categories, franchises, silhouettes, price points, channels, collaborations, and new product opportunities.
- Support regional S&OP discussions with concise insights, scenarios, risks, opportunities, and follow-through on agreed actions.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, reporting, automation, data quality, and regional planning processes, including o9 and Power BI where relevant.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, inventory management, or a related planning role.
- Exposure to regional or multi-market planning within retail, footwear, apparel, fashion, or consumer goods is preferred.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory planning, Open-to-Buy, and related planning processes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Confident partnering with Merchandising, Finance, Supply Planning, Commercial, and country teams.
- Experience with planning systems and reporting tools; knowledge of o9, Power BI, Power Query, Excel, or PowerPoint is an advantage.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while constructively challenging existing ways of working.
