Overview
The Sr. Visual Merchandiser, DTC leads the execution and elevation of Crocs’ global and regional visual merchandising strategies across Southeast Asia, with primary ownership for Singapore and Malaysia Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail.
This role is responsible for shaping consistent, consumer-first in-store experiences by translating brand direction into strong local execution while influencing store presentation, campaign storytelling, and commercial priorities. Working cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Marketing, and Merchandising, the Senior VM serves as a key partner in driving visually compelling, commercially productive, and brand-right environments.
As a senior individual contributor, this role provides elevated ownership across day-to-day retail execution, seasonal initiatives, new store activity, and field coaching—helping ensure DTC environments remain agile, consistent, and aligned to both brand and business goals.
What You'll Do
Singapore & Malaysia (Primary Focus)
- Lead and uphold VM standards across DTC retail stores, ensuring strong, consistent, and elevated brand presentation
- Own the translation of seasonal campaigns and commercial priorities into localized in-store visual direction and execution
- Coach and guide store teams on VM standards, installation, and maintenance to build stronger executional capability in the field
- Conduct regular store visits to assess execution quality, provide actionable feedback, and drive continuous improvement against brand and commercial expectations
- Support implementation of product zoning, campaign storytelling, and visual refreshes aligned to key launches
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to influence retail activations, campaign execution, and store updates that support key business objectives
- Support VM budget tracking, asset planning, and vendor coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective execution
- Lead on-the-ground VM coordination for new store openings, renovations, and major in-store updates to ensure seamless execution
Regional & Multi-Brand Support (Secondary Focus)
- Support and help guide rollout of VM direction across selected multi-brand partners and regional markets, ensuring alignment to Crocs brand standards
- Support training and communication of VM standards to external partners and stakeholders to strengthen consistency in execution
- Contribute to seasonal VM materials and adaptation of assets for local relevance
- Provide feedback and insights on store execution through photo reviews and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve visual impact and consistency
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within retail, with strong preference for footwear, apparel, or lifestyle brands
- Proven ability to lead in-store visual execution, campaign rollouts, product storytelling, and seasonal refreshes with a high standard of excellence
- Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer experience, and commercial drivers within a DTC environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and store initiatives independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence store teams and partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Hands-on, resourceful, and proactive, with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to evolving business needs
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the region as needed to support store execution, openings, and market priorities
