Crocs is looking for an entrepreneurial Sr. Manager, Digital Marketplace – Social Commerce to lead our Social Commerce growth strategy across Southeast Asia and broader APAC. This role will own the local Crocs social commerce strategy, developing platform partnerships, scaling creator programs, and building long-term growth opportunities. The Sr. Manager will serve as the strategic lead in the region, combining data-driven insights, local consumer understanding, and strong partner relationships to accelerate Crocs’ presence in emerging digital channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the local social commerce strategy, ensuring alignment with global and regional brand priorities.
- Build and manage partnerships with key platforms (TikTok Shop, Meta, YouTube Shopping, Lazada/TikTok affiliates, etc.) to drive innovation and growth.
- Lead strategic relationships with creator and affiliate partners, negotiating commercial terms and scaling creator programs across markets.
- Drive test-and-learn agendas and pilot new commerce formats, translating insights into scalable programs.
- Oversee campaign execution and performance optimization, ensuring commercial KPIs are achieved.
- Partner with APAC Brand Marketing, Merchandising, and E-Commerce teams to ensure cohesive consumer journeys.
- Represent APAC in global forums, bringing the voice of the regional consumer and platform ecosystem to Crocs’ global strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of specialists to deliver on execution and reporting.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of digital commerce experience, with at least 3 years in social commerce or marketplace leadership.
- Deep understanding of the APAC digital ecosystem and proven track record of scaling commerce through social platforms.
- Strong negotiation and partnership management experience with platforms, creators, and agencies.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and highly collaborative environment.
