Overview
This role provides analytics, reporting, creating departments' KPI Dashboards, and data management support to the Sourcing & Product Operations teams based in Singapore and other offices. The role involves dealing with complex, medium-sized data and extracting and presenting conclusions to assist decision-making.
In addition to analytics, this role will support projects, facilitate stakeholder engagement, manage project timelines, and facilitate meetings.
What You'll Do
- Data Management and Analytics: comb through large amounts of data, analyze, draw conclusions, and present a coherent viewpoint.
- Reporting and Visualization: Create dashboards in PowerBI / Tableau and refresh them periodically to provide real-time visibility to the Sourcing team for decision-making. Be the point person for “Vendor Performance Management” and create vendor-facing data for Quarterly Business Review meetings.
- Project Management: Assist with Sourcing & Product Operations team’s Project Management in driving multiple concurrent projects by facilitating Stakeholder meetings, creating Project dashboards, and Tracking deadlines and milestones.
- RPA (Robotic Process Automation): Use Excel macros and Python to automate manual works and help increase the operational efficiency of the team.
- Provide essential support to Sr. Sourcing Manager in Vendor Management and sourcing / allocation related duties.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor or above degree, with a major in Engineering/business administration/Data Science/IT
- Advanced-level knowledge in PowerBI, Tableau, Excel (Macros), PowerPoint, and low-code languages like Python and R. Knowledge of ERPs or Product Lifecycle Management systems will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Math’s and data modeling skills
- Project management experience and qualification
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Data management, Visualization, Analysis and Reporting
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement domain
- Excellent communicative, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and be a creative problem solver
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Passion for Crocs/Hey Dude
- Ambitious spirit and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and pressing deadlines
- Ability to correspond in Mandarin will be an advantage
Deliverables and Indicators (KPI)
- Meeting the timeline of each department Dashboard or specific project related.
- Provide innovative solutions for data analyses.
- Provide timely support for each departments’ data analysis on each milestone.
- Manage and update the KPI Dashboard / reports (weekly/monthly/yearly/seasonal) from the HD Sourcing team.
