Overview
Crocs is hiring a Senior Specialist, Marketing for Singapore and Malaysia, a critical role in driving our marketing strategy for SG and Malaysia. Equal parts creative and analytical, strategic and action-oriented, this key player will be responsible for leading GTM executions, developing the marketing strategy, supports Day-to-Day marketing tasks and execution to deliver high engaging and energetic brand execution for consumers in Singapore and Malaysia.
What You'll Do
- Key Accountability 1. COMMERCIAL MARKETING
Develop the Commercial Channel Marketing Activation strategy in alignment with business goals - Collaborate with Commercial Marketing and VM team to ensure consistency in channel marketing plans
- Integrates global scalable marketing programs into regional DTC activations.
- Works with an activation agency to conceptualize, develop and execute innovation and disruptive activations driving footfalls to the stores
- Plans and implements impactful Retail marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches tailored to GTM calendar.
- Measures and optimizes commercial marketing activations and communicates to key stakeholders.
- Oversee and review all Commercial Marketing campaigns and shares visibility with the Director, ensuring that the Global calendar and local strategy/guidelines have been followed.
Key Accountability 2: BRAND MARKETING
- Oversee the management of our regional social channels (Meta Instagram and Facebook) to ensure optimal brand-right content that delivers high levels of engagement & interaction, while aiming to increase our follower count.
- Collaborate with the International Marketing and Global team to ensure the right balance between audience segmentation (Feel Good v. Explorer) across our key markets.
- Collaborate with our agency partner to drive optimisation of our channel(s), including briefing/approving regional & local content they specifically developed for us.
- Evaluate KPI’s and summarise key learnings & insights that can be applied to future campaigns.
- Oversee creative approval process, i.e. ensure assets (stills, videos, copy) are made available in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with our agency partner to ensure effective community management which is both responsive and engaging
- Oversee development and execution of integrated influencer marketing campaigns that aligns with our brand objectives and target metrics.
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling, authentic content that resonates with their audiences and showcases our brand.
- Work with the International Marketing and Global comms team to develop and align the PR activation and communication for all regional brand activations
Key Accountability 3. INTEGRATED MARKETING
- Develops country Integrated Marketing & GTM plans for SG and Malaysia
- Connect with local Merchandising & Commercial teams to define needs and builds locally relevant GTM plans
- Works closely with International Marketing team to share integrated local needs
- Collaborate with internal Commercial & Cross-Functional teams (Ecom, Retail, Wholesale, Distributors) to ensure regional activations are properly planned and executed for the collabs
- Translate Crocs SG and Malaysia’s mission to creative vision, building creative led solutions for business problems, in discussion with business, product, digital counterparts while maintaining best in class creative excellence for Crocs
- Collaborate closely with Cross-Functional teams to ensure alignment between campaign objectives and brand marketing strategy
- Manage budget allocation across Brand Marketing, Wholesale, and VM functions in close alignment with Director Marketing, ensuring optimal utilization of resources to meet strategic business objectives
- Track, evaluate and analyze content performance of key campaigns to ensure proper evaluation of created assets.
- Collects/filters/fulfills creative needs of country Commercial channels (Retail, WHL, Digital Commerce) via local
- Evaluate KPI’s and summarize key learnings & insights that can be applied to future campaigns.
What You'll Bring to the Table

- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful commercial marketing campaigns for global brands.[YB1] [YB2]
- Has a core competence in driving best in class VM execution and engaging retail activations.
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excels in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong understanding of digital, new media, and social.
- Demonstrated experience managing creative processes through external ad agencies, internal teams and freelancers.
- Collaborative and flexible, working effectively with Cross-Functional teams and adapting to changing campaign dynamics
- Self-driven with a positive attitude, demonstrating enthusiasm and dedication to achieving campaign objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to overcome challenges and adapt strategies as needed.
- Professional and detail-oriented, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy in all marketing activities.
