Overview

Seeking a highly Commercial Senior Merchandising Manager who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and is keen to work within a passionate and high-achieving team. 

This person will be responsible for delivering the Partnership product assortment including License, Hype and EXP, for total APAC region through close collaboration with cross-channel Partners to ensure the needs of these markets’ consumers are best served and the Crocs Brand strategy is successfully conveyed. The person will also be the lead for APAC SMU product and merchandising management. 

The candidate will be a member of the Regional Merchandising team and should be highly agile as well as an excellent communicator to act as an influential voice for the APAC Region to both Global and Country-level cross functional teams. 

What You'll Do

  • Own the APAC Partnerships and Energy merchandising strategy, including assortment architecture, price ladders, and franchise focus, aligned with Global direction as well as regional consumer and channel needs.
  • Lead seasonal assortment planning for Energy and high-heat products across DTC, wholesale, and digital channels, ensuring the right cadence of newness against the commercial calendar.
  • Define channel and door segmentation by consumer, climate, and geography, and translate this into differentiated assortments, exclusives, and SMU plans for key accounts and partners.
  • Act as the APAC lead for Partnerships, shaping channel-exclusive strategies, SMU opportunities, and license or collaboration adoption to drive in-market synergy.
  • Lead APAC SMU concept ideation with country teams by identifying gaps versus the Global assortment, writing product briefs, and building SMUs that deliver incremental business and local consumer relevance.
  • Drive APAC SMU development end to end by aligning design, materials, color, and timelines with Global and country teams, while ensuring readiness for buy-in.
  • Represent the APAC point of view with influence by leading and developing the regional Partnerships merchandising team and serving as a strong voice with Global and country stakeholders.
  • Partner with Global Product and Merchandising teams to shape the Global line plan through APAC insights and ensure timely adoption within Global calendars.
  • Align seasonal product calendars and Partnerships or Energy GTM plans with Country Merchandising Leads, ensuring consistency with assortment strategy and Global Marketing plans.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM alignment across Marketing, Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, and Visual Merchandising to ensure Energy product stories land effectively by market and channel.
  • Own Partnerships and Energy product performance through seasonal hindsight, RAF and booking inputs, and in-season read-and-react actions to improve productivity.
  • Provide pre-season MSRP and regional pricing inputs, while maintaining margin guardrails and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitive shopping across key APAC cities, and translate insights into clear product opportunities for Global and country teams.
  • Partner with country teams on monthly business recaps, demand trend tracking, and forward-looking assortment actions.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Degree qualified or equivalent, with relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of the APAC fashion market, including Energy brands and channels
  • Data-driven decision-making with ability to influence day-to-day business outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good product knowledge with creativity and commercial awareness
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Proven leadership experience, including motivating teams, thinking strategically, and challenging the status quo
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant merchandising experience
  • Able to travel up to 30%
