Overview
The Regional D&L Senior Analyst is responsible for aggregating operational data, delivering standardised global reporting, and driving digitalisation and automation initiatives across Distribution & Logistics. This role partners closely with global developer and analytics teams to design and implement scalable reporting products using Power BI, Power Automate, and AI-enabled digital tools to simplify data preparation, reduce manual effort, and enable fact-based decision-making across regions.
This role also actively participates in D&L projects where reporting, data extraction, and automation are critical to successful delivery.
What You'll Do
- Data Aggregation & Global Reporting

- Aggregate and consolidate D&L operational data from multiple sources (e.g. SAP, 3PL reports, regional files).
- Maintain and manage recurring global D&L reporting files, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Standardise reporting structures and definitions to support cross‑regional comparability and stakeholder alignment.
- Support periodic reporting cycles (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly) for D&L performance and KPIs.
- Digitalisation, Automation & BI Solutions

- Lead and support digitalisation initiatives to eliminate manual reporting and data handling.
- Work with global developer and analytics teams to design, build, and maintain:
- Power Automate workflows (e.g. data ingestion, file refresh, report distribution)
- Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions
- Translating D&L business requirements into clear technical requirements for automation and BI development.
- Drive continuous improvement of existing dashboards and automations to improve usability, reliability, and performance.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, documented, and aligned with global data governance standards.
- Apply AI and modern digital tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or AI Builder where available) to speed up data cleansing, generate first-draft performance narratives, and automate recurring insights commentary while always validating outputs for accuracy.

- Participate in regional and global D&L projects that require:
- Data extraction and preparation
- Reporting and insights generation
- Automation of recurring or high‑volume activities
- Act as the reporting and automation subject‑matter expert within project teams.
- Support change adoption by guiding stakeholders on new dashboards, tools, and automated processes.
- Identify opportunities within projects to further simplify workflows through automation and digital tools.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in business, logistics, supply chain management, Data Engineering, or IT related fields – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience
- Strong experience in data aggregation, reporting, and analytics within operations, supply chain, or logistics environments.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience delivering reporting automation and analytics solutions, including:

- Power BI (data modelling, dashboards, visuals, performance optimisation)
- Power Automate (cloud flows, file handling, scheduled and event‑based automation)
- Advanced Excel / Power Query (data transformation, reconciliation, repeatable templates) and comfort working with structured + semi-structured data.
- AI & digital tools mindset: Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or equivalent) to accelerate analysis, summarise operational performance, and draft recurring reporting commentary, applying strong validation and data quality checks.
- Nice to have: SQL basics, Dataverse/dataflows, AI Builder (OCR/extraction), experience integrating data from APIs/SharePoint, and familiarity with semantic models/DAX optimisation.
- Strong understanding of SAP transactions and operational data structures; experience with SLA/KPI tracking and P&L/budget alignment in logistics operations.
