Overview

The  SEA D&L Senior Specialist of Crocs for BRAND (Crocs, Inc., Crocs or HEYDUDE) is responsible for

  1. Support the SEA D&L Senior Manager in overseeing end-to-end 3PL operations including warehouse management, cross border/domestic logistics, and inventory transactions to meet P&L budget and internal/external SLA/KPI requirements.
  2. Reports to the SEA D&L Director, and collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams (wholesale, retail, ecommerce, marketing, trade compliance) and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  3. Supports D&L (Distribution & Logistics) initiatives and projects specific to the SEA market.

What You'll Do

3PL & Warehouse Operations
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including inbound, storage, picking, shipping, defective handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Support stocktakes, inventory optimization, and SAP–WMS operations with 3PL partners.

Transportation & Cross-Border Logistics
• Monitor logistics provider performance and resolve transportation issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate export documentation and cross-border shipments within SG/MY and SEA.
• Plan cost-effective transportation solutions across LTL, FTL, express, and other modes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve logistics issues and support store openings, events, and replenishment needs.

Data & Financial Support
• Prepare logistics cost and defect analysis reports with high data accuracy.
• Support cost verification and optimization initiatives in line with company procedures.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• BS/BA in business, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, domestic and cross-border logistics (SG/MY).
• Solid SAP experience with SLA/KPI tracking and P&L alignment; Excel/PPT proficiency required.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage projects alongside daily operations.
• Experience with bonded warehouses and SG/MY DC vendor management is a plus.
