Overview

We're seeking a commercially savvy and dynamic Regional Merchandising Manager to lead product assortment strategies for Korea's DTC channels. This role blends strategic thinking with local consumer insights, working cross-functionally to align country-specific needs with global brand direction.

What You'll Do

  • Seasonal Planning & Reporting: Lead hindsight reviews and provide actionable insights to global teams.

  • Assortment & Revenue: Develop seasonal slot plans to meet SKU/revenue targets; identify new product needs.

  • Channel Strategy: Drive segmentation by consumer behavior, geography, and climate; plan monthly product flows.

  • GTM Alignment: Sync product calendars and GTM strategies with global teams.

  • Pricing: Set pre-season MSRPs and analyze competitor pricing.

  • Market Insights: Conduct store visits and consumer research to guide product feedback and strategy.

  • Exclusive Products: Optimize channel exclusives, SMUs, and collaborations.

  • Sell-Through & Analysis: Track weekly performance and adjust assortments as needed.

  • Global Coordination: Attend product milestone meetings to ensure regional alignment.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience: 5+ years in merchandising, ideally in fashion or retail

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and cross-functional influence

    • Data-driven decision-making

    • Commercial and analytical mindset

    • In-depth knowledge of APAC market

    • Fluent in Korean and English (preferred)

    • Creative, solutions-oriented thinker
