Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven People Support Specialist to join our HR Operations team in Singapore. This role provides first-line support to employees and managers across a range of HR queries and transactions, with a strong emphasis on SuccessFactors system administration. The role also partners closely with HR Business Partners and various HR functions (e.g., Payroll, Talent Acquisition and HRIS) to ensure smooth execution of people processes and timely resolution of support requests.
This is an ideal role for someone with a strong grasp of HR systems and operations, who is eager to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced HR environment.
What You'll Do
- Respond to HR-related inquiries via case management tools, ensuring accurate and timely resolution in line with SLAs.
- Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions, job changes, and terminations.
- Educate employees and managers on system use (primarily SuccessFactors) and HR self-service options.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues or process inefficiencies for continuous improvement.
- Escalate complex issues or exceptions appropriately while maintaining ownership until resolution.
- Work closely with HRBPs to provide backend support for organizational changes, workforce planning actions, or policy updates/implementation.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition and HRIS to execute HR Operations workflows.
- Assist in gathering HR reports or employee data insights as requested.
- Participate in HR projects or system rollouts as needed
SuccessFactors System Support
- Act as the go-to person for SuccessFactors troubleshooting and support (e.g., workflow issues, reporting).
- Perform transactions and data updates in SuccessFactors across modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding as well as Offboarding.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform validations, and raise tickets to HRIS or global support when needed.
- Support system enhancement rollouts by testing or validating changes.
- Ensure data quality and compliance by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
- Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring high data integrity.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 3 - 4 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee support.
- Strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors (particularly Employee Central, experience with Recruiting and Onboarding is a plus).
- Proficient with Excel, case management tools, and other HR platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential data accurately and responsibly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive team player with a high sense of accountability and service mindset.
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with HR Shared Services ticketing systems.
- Experience supporting multiple countries or regional HR processes. (if have its a bonus but not required)
- Exposure to process improvement or user testing activities.
