Overview

The People Solutions Consultant (PSC) is a strategic HR partner and change agent, supporting business functions with enterprise-wide HR initiatives, employee relations, and organizational development. As a trusted advisor, the PSC balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution to enhance the employee experience and drive business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Employee Relations

  • Support employees across the full lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

  • Lead and resolve complex employee relations cases and investigations

  • Provide performance coaching and policy guidance

  • Ensure legal and regulatory HR compliance

HR Initiatives & Projects

  • Lead and support key HR projects and process improvements

  • Collaborate with COEs and business partners to deliver scalable solutions

  • Analyze HR trends and develop data-driven programs and policies

COE Liaison

  • Partner with COEs (Benefits, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to optimize people processes

  • Act as first point of contact for HR inquiries and resource navigation

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes

Manager & Individual Contributor Support

  • Coach and develop employees and managers

  • Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development

  • Identify training needs and implement targeted development programs
