Overview
The People Solutions Consultant (PSC) is a strategic HR partner and change agent, supporting business functions with enterprise-wide HR initiatives, employee relations, and organizational development. As a trusted advisor, the PSC balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution to enhance the employee experience and drive business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Employee Relations

Support employees across the full lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

Lead and resolve complex employee relations cases and investigations

Provide performance coaching and policy guidance

Ensure legal and regulatory HR compliance
HR Initiatives & Projects

Lead and support key HR projects and process improvements

Collaborate with COEs and business partners to deliver scalable solutions

Analyze HR trends and develop data-driven programs and policies
COE Liaison

Partner with COEs (Benefits, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to optimize people processes
-
Act as first point of contact for HR inquiries and resource navigation

Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Manager & Individual Contributor Support

Coach and develop employees and managers

Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development

Identify training needs and implement targeted development programs
