Overview
This position reports into Snr Regional Manager, Merchandise Operations to deliver services relating to ranging process (pre-season and in-season), system maintenance, data maintenance, report generation and timeline management.
What You'll Do

Plan and execute operations related to templates, systems, data, and key timelines

Collaborate with global, market, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and communication of updates

Implement, document, and enforce key processes and calendars across cross-functional partners

Share project status and escalate risks or issues to ensure visibility, ownership, and timely resolution

Maintain accurate product line lists, pricing, and master data

Ensure integrity of system and database information

Provide system support and training for smooth seasonal execution

Recommend workflow and process improvements to drive efficiency

Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of related work experience in Merchandising, Category Management or Planning.
- Strong attention to detail and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
- Proven ability to think and act proactively, take responsibility and follow through.
- Manage tasks in a timely and efficient manner with the ability to meet high pressure deadlines.
- A team player with proven ability to work effectively with others and keep others on track.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power point)
