Overview

The Manager Digital Distributors is accountable for establishing, transforming, and accelerating, the digital business of our company’s distributor partners in the SEA region, serving as a bridge between Crocs and distributors’ internal digital teams.

This function works hand in hand with the regional commercial leads, providing consulting advise and hands-on support regarding business plans, distribution agreements, commercial targets, and performance measurement.

The following focus areas are the key levers for accelerated digital growth: Digital Analytics, Go-to-market, Merchandising, Digital marketing, On-site merchandising, and UX.

The digital distribution is a high-growth channel with significant opportunities throughout multiple markets in SEA including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Hongkong, Taiwan. It includes both DTC (e-shop, marketplace) as well as B2B (eTail) business models.

The position does not have direct reports and relies on an intensive cross-functional collaboration both regionally and globally to make a significant impact on our company’s business.

What You'll Do

  • Own the commercial revenue that is aligned among distributor/commercial/digital
  • Drive business development and accelerate growth of the digital business of distributors.
  • Deliver the digital strategies for ecom, eTail, and marketplace channels.
  • Define all targets and KPI’s (such as net sales and digital business penetration) and support execution against those targets.
  • Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for distributors for digital commerce related topics and serve as a center of excellence.
  • Identify strategic and tactical business growth and optimization opportunities, define priorities, and facilitate execution on distributors’ side within crocs e-shops, e-tailers, and marketplaces.
  • Review and analyze distributors’ performance and make recommendations to drive growth.
  • Establish goals and key performance indicators with distributors and commercial team.
  • Provide support and guidance in accordance with Crocs strategic objectives on Go-To-Market, merchandising, digital performance marketing, onsite merchandizing, and UX.
  • Conduct site audits of distributor partners and review results and recommendations.
  • Ensure distributor creative assets, site experience and GTM is consistent with Crocs’ brand strategy.
  • Perform due diligence on potential new partners and make recommendations.
  • Support new site launches as needed.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Digital Business, E-commerce, IT, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Digital Commerce management, including DTC brand.com and/or e-tailers / marketplaces such as Shopee or Lazada.
  • Experience in cross-channel digital business development, account management, eCommerce consultancy, footwear, or apparel is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce workstreams, including onsite product management, digital marketing, marketplace management, merchandising, UX, and analytics.
  • Good financial literacy, with ability to work with Finance and manage P&L reports.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google/Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience launching initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative, culturally sensitive, resilient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset, growth orientation, and sense of urgency.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in Singapore, with moderate travel within SEA.
