Overview
The Director, Digital Commerce – SEA leads Crocs’ end-to-end digital business across Southeast Asia, spanning owned e-commerce (crocs.com), marketplaces, and distributor-led digital channels. This role holds full P&L accountability for the SEA markets and is responsible for defining and executing growth strategies that drive revenue, strengthen brand presence, and deliver best-in-class consumer experiences across markets of varying maturity. As a key member of the Asia Digital Leadership Team, the role partners closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders to advance digital transformation, build scalable capabilities, and accelerate business growth across SEA.
What You'll Do
- Own and deliver digital commerce performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and market share in both direct markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippine), and distributor markets (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Hongkong, Taiwan)
- Develop and implement a business strategy across pricing, promotions, assortment, sales channels, digital marketing, customer experience, branding, etc.
- Own the relationship with Marketplaces and drive resources to support business
- High touch management of enablers in terms of site ops, catalog/pricing, category management, etc to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support our growth ambition.
- Drive integrated operating model with the broader Crocs local/regional/global team and external parties including but not limited to Marketplaces, Enablers, Agencies;
- Elevate crocs.com as a flagship brand and commerce platform, with strong focus on conversion, storytelling, and consumer experience
- For marketplace and e-tail partners, develop a holistic strategy with appropriate segmentation across storefronts
- Influence global, regional, and local strategies as a member of the commercial leadership team and implement best practices from other markets
- Build an inclusive team culture and develop a growing and talented digital team across multiple markets.
- As a leader, provide inclusive leadership, guidance, and direction to the team. Build and maintain a high-performance team and culture through open and clear communications, ongoing mentoring and development, and effective performance management.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 15+ years of professional experience, including 5–10 years in digital commerce with leadership experience
- Proven track record managing P&L and scaling digital businesses across Southeast Asia
- Strong experience across both owned e-commerce platforms and third-party marketplaces
- Experience working in or managing distributor-led markets is highly preferred
- Prior experience based in Singapore or other regional hub environments is a strong advantage
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and profitability
- Deep understanding of marketplace ecosystems and digital marketing levers in SEA
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, multicultural environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across global, regional, and local teams
- Highly analytical, consumer-centric, and results-driven
- Leadership presence with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams
