Crocs is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Digital Marketplace Specialist – Social Commerce to join our Digital Commerce team in Singapore. This role will support our growing Social Commerce channel by executing campaigns, managing creator programs, and optimizing performance across platforms. The Specialist will play a key role in testing, learning, and scaling opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Execute social commerce campaigns aligned with APAC objectives and Crocs brand standards.
  • Handle day-to-day relationships with third-party vendors and creator partners to optimize performance.
  • Supervise and analyze campaign results, implementing testing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop clear reports to highlight campaign findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with internal teams (Brand Marketing, Influencer, Integrated Marketing) to ensure consistency across consumer touchpoints.
  • Stay current on social commerce platform trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and escalating risks when needed.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in Influencer, Paid Media, or Social Commerce campaign execution.
  • Solid understanding of social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, YouTube Shopping, etc.) and APAC digital consumer trends.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, or equivalent).
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, growth-mindset approach.
  • Collaborative “we before me” mentality with cross-functional teams.
