Overview
The Role Title of Testing Engineer for Crocs is responsible for Support marketing team to conduct and ensure products meet local (Korea, CN) regulation requirements. Assistant RS team to review and prepare related test reports.
What You'll Do
1. Communicate with the Korea and China merchandising teams as well as the Crocs planning team to drive the implementation of product testing in accordance with applicable national regulatory standards.
2. Manage national compliance testing in collaboration with accredited local third-party laboratories, including driving the execution of test protocols and managing related documentation.
3. Track all testing activities to ensure compliance with country-specific requirements, and communicate with the China and Korea merchandising teams to address their test-related requests.
4. Communicate between Tier 1 (T1) suppliers and third-party labs to maintain the compliance of technical documentation (including RS reports and physical testing documents) with licensor specifications and clients' requirements.
5. Assist the manager to manage other documentation tasks (such as RS report checking and RS-by-style report preparation, etc.).
What You'll Bring to the Table
1. Verify the accuracy of the submitted reports and ensure compliance with customer’s requirements.
2. Maintain clear, timely and effective communication with internal and external resources;
3. Education: College or above
4. Experience: Prior experience in compliance/testing will be prioritized.
5. Knowledge: Proficiency in Korean; Fluency in English (spoken and written); Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
6. Interpersonal Skill: Strong communication skills; Creative thinker; good problem solver
