What You'll Do
• Own and drive end-to-end product development execution from initial sample through production approval and mass production readiness; ensure critical milestones are met with minimal escalation.
• Independently manage multiple, complex development programs; proactively identify and resolve technical, quality, testing, fit, or manufacturability issues through structured problem-solving.
• Act as the primary execution partner to overseas Product Development teams; deliver clear, decision-oriented technical feedback to factories and align cross-functional partners (PDM, Quality, Costing, Planning, Testing, SCM) to mitigate risks.
• Serve as a role model and subject-matter resource for Crocs quality, fit, construction, and manufacturability standards; drive continuous improvement at factory level.
• Own execution tracking and reporting across samples, approvals, development cost vs. budget, and factory readiness using key metrics.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8–10 years of footwear product development or product engineering experience within a brand and/or manufacturing environment
- Deep understanding of end-to-end footwear development and commercialization processes
- Proven ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills; strong cross-functional collaboration
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%
- Flexible and willing to support company needs regarding potential future relocation
