Overview
This Sr. Product Excecution Enginner for Crocs Personalization in Asia- China is responsible of end-to-end NPI processes, collaborating with teams to advance personalized new product development, track sample progress, optimize supply chain capabilities, and drive supplier improvement for efficient new product launch.
Directly reports to the Senior Manager, Product Excecution in Asia.
What You'll Do
- Own and lead the end-to-end product execution lifecycle with full accountability, including design pack communication to factories, production planning, mass production management, and shipment coordination.
- Act as the primary execution owner for complex programs and styles, managing OTS quality and providing technical leadership to T1 & T2 partners to ensure clear understanding of Crocs’ quality standards, construction requirements, and timeline expectations for prototype, SMS/BULK, and CFM samples.
- Define, deploy, and continuously raise execution standards across assigned factories, ensuring they consistently meet or exceed customer expectations in quality, delivery, materials readiness, lean production, social compliance, sustainability, planning accuracy, costing discipline, and production transfers.
- Drive and champion continuous improvement initiatives at factory and system level, challenging existing standards and policies, optimizing manufacturing processes, eliminating waste, improving yield, and delivering measurable cost, efficiency, and lead-time improvements.
- Build long-term, high-trust strategic partnerships with factories and key suppliers, proactively identifying risks, resolving persistent performance gaps, and influencing factory leadership to improve capability and accountability.
- Partner cross-functionally at a senior level with Planning, Testing, Quality, Costing, SCM, Social Compliance, and Innovation teams to support capacity planning, cost-reduction programs, factory readiness, and on-time commercialization milestones.
- Lead production transfer strategy and execution, support customer complaint investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and drive adoption and maturity of Crocs digital systems (PLM, MES, reporting tools) to enable digital transformation and execution transparency.
- Provide strategic execution insight and mentorship, demonstrating strong judgment and leadership capability to coach junior engineers, influence decision-making, and support Crocs’ long-term manufacturing and product development strategy.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Major not limited
- Minimum of 8+ years of footwear / apparel / accessories product development or execution experience, with proven ownership in sample development, materials coordination, production readiness, and factory management to deliver brand and commercialization targets. Senior-level experience preferred.
- Strong and in-depth technical expertise in footwear/apparel/accessories construction and manufacturing, including product making, materials, molds, machines, tooling, and costing; plastic injection and tooling experience strongly preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; able to communicate confidently with global teams and factory management.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and align stakeholders across regions and organizational levels.
- Leadership & interpersonal skills: Proactive, open-minded, detail-oriented, logical, execution-focused, collaborative; able to lead without authority and act as a role model for execution excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programs under pressure, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Require to travel in China, and oversea as required by business needs;
