Overview

The Senior Costing Analysis  of costing team for Crocs is responsible for manager footwear/Jibbitz relavant cost into SAP, Address and resolve price discrepancy issues between the system and manufacturing factories, Perform monthly standard cost checks and annual standard costs set up. 

 

What You'll Do

•    Manage production and sample cost for both footwear and jibbitz products template preparing and uploading into SAP system in accuracy  
•    Daily base working with HQ planning team for new PIR setup in SAP, feedback with final production cost filling out in the template 
•    Cooperate with T1 factory partners, MDM team and SAP team to deal with any cost discrepancy issue from system 
•    Manual update PO cost for urgent orders when there is a necessary
•    Compare the confirmed price and GTN payment invoice price monthly for the shipped orders, communicate the refunding from factories if any price overpaid by system
•    Support data pulling out from SAP or GTN when do costing analysis annually, design the report presentation
•    Missing standard cost checking and setting up in SAP in monthly base
•    Assure the missing SKU by color level shall be raised up and get solved when material code been created in system
•    Reach out to IT service to check the root cause of any price matter
•    Assist in annual cost updates and budget standard cost setup, perform the cost analysis according to the requirement
•    Support costing template optimization and standardization

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above (economics related preferred)
  • 3+ years of data analysis or project management (costing preferred) experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (required); Access/ Power Query / Power BI preferred, Python is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Fluent English (written & spoken), Mandarin required
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, responsibility and communication skills
