As a Senior Costing Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cost analysis and financial reporting processes within the organization. Your primary role is to provide detailed and accurate cost information to support strategic decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and enhance profitability. You will work closely with various departments to analyze cost data, identify trends, and develop cost control strategies.

Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth cost analysis to evaluate and report on cost structures, cost drivers, and variances. Provide actionable insights to help manage and reduce costs effectively.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.

Cost Reporting: Prepare detailed cost reports and financial statements for management review. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the preparation of cost-related documentation.

Data Management: Maintain and update cost databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to support cost analysis efforts.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments (e.g., production, procurement, finance) to gather cost data, understand cost implications, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies. Develop and implement cost control procedures and best practices.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is preferred.
