SUMMARY:
This Product Excecution Enginner for Crocs Personalization in Asia- China is responsible of end-to-end NPI processes, collaborating with teams to advance personalized new product development, track sample progress, optimize supply chain capabilities, and drive supplier improvement for efficient new product launch.
Directly reports to the Senior Manager, Product Excecution in Asia.
WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE (ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Oversee the entire product execution lifecycle, including design pack communication to factories, production management, and shipment coordination.
- Manage OTS quality, support T1&T2 partners in understanding Crocs' quality standards and specific product requirements, and ensure on-time delivery of prototypes, SMS/BULK, and CFM samples.
- Define and communicate clear standards for assigned factories to meet/exceed customer expectations in quality, delivery, materials, lean production, social compliance, sustainability, planning, costing, and transfers.
- Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing standards/policies, optimizing production processes, eliminating waste, and enhancing operational efficiency to reduce costs.
- Maintain high-trust business relationships with factories/suppliers, build strategic partnerships, and proactively address key issues impacting factory performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (planning, testing, quality, costing, social compliance, innovation) to support capacity planning, cost-reduction projects, and commercialization deadlines.
- Lead production transfer processes, assist in customer complaint investigation/resolution, and drive deployment of Crocs' digital systems for digital transformation.
- Demonstrate proactive strategic thinking and possess the expertise to lead Crocs' manufacturing operations and product development initiatives.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE (JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Major not limited
- Minimun of 6 years accessories development and sourcing experience, sample making, material, schedule set up and management factory to accomplish brand target.
- Strong and in-depth technical expertise in footwear/apparel/accessories construction and manufacturing, including product making, materials, molds, machines, tooling, and costing; plastic injection and tooling experience strongly preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; able to communicate confidently with global teams and factory management.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and align stakeholders across regions and organizational levels.
- Leadership & interpersonal skills: Proactive, open-minded, detail-oriented, logical, execution-focused, collaborative; able to lead without authority and act as a role model for execution excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programs under pressure, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Require to travel in China, and oversea as required by business needs;
