Overview
As the Talent Advisor for our corporate functions, you will play a key role in driving recruitment across our commercial and supply chain teams in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Jinjiang. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR to build strong pipelines and attract top talent into Crocs. This role covers end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer, with occasional support for regional hiring needs in Singapore. You'll also be responsible for ensuring a smooth candidate experience and helping to strengthen our talent presence in the China market.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles across China, including Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Jinjiang—primarily across commercial and supply chain functions
- Support recruitment for regional roles in Singapore when needed, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Leads as a Crocs Inc. brand ambassador delivering an outstanding candidate experience by conducting digital recruitment, upholding the integrity of job postings, and ensuring a detailed interview process from start to finish.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche and critical roles, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, and networks.
- Ensure data accuracy and process discipline in our ATS (SuccessFactors SAP), providing timely updates and insights to stakeholders. Take proactive steps to identify and foster relationships with high potential talent in the marketplace

What You'll Bring to the Table
- Strong proficiency (both verbal and written communication) in both Mandarin and English required.
- Highly collaborative business partner with strong change management and influencing skills.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in corporate functions such as commercial, supply chain, or operations.
- 5+ years working in the retail, footwear, fashion/apparel industry preferred.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SuccessFactors)
- Ability to support 15 – 20 requisitions concurrently.High level of ownership, attention to detail, and a service mindset
