Overview

We’re looking for a creative thinker with excellent writing and storytelling skills to help us elevate that work as our full-time, in-house copywriter. As a member of the creative team, our copywriter will write and edit copy for a variety of projects (including Product naming, campaign concept / slogan writing, social media, Online, video), working closely with the designer as well as external agencies to brainstorm ideas and develop story. Detailed research and sensitive social insight will be required to understand Crocs brand, products, and marketing goals.

What You'll Do

Global Content Localization

- The Copywriter will work together with graphic designer closely, localizing global guideline to Chinese content that can help the consumer understanding our MKT story with local culture & habit, including product naming, digital, E-com and print content.

- The Copywriter will work with the team, developing & providing creative content / assets for local market base on global playbook, including collaboration, social campaign and global events.

Local Content Creation

- Base on local marketing strategy and seasonal topic, The Copywriter will work closely with designer, come up with the original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials.

- Copywriter is responsible for generating the words, slogans and audio scripts that accompany local campaign, collaboration & digital campaign visuals.

Daily work & Internal Support

- Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on local collab & campaign.

- Internal copywriting support such as copy inputs in market launch presentation deck and marketing recap video.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, english, communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years professional copywriting experience with solid portfolio of work
  • 4A advertising agency background, fashion industry background would be a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Strong anti-pressure ability while handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Pro Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides a plus
